Qualifications

• One year of office experience or customer service experience.
• Current, valid Utah driver’s license at time of hire may be required in some areas.
• This position is patient-sensitive and must fulfill all associated requirements including immunizations per CDC standards.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs patients to their destinations in person and over the phone.
• Schedules patient appointments and contacts for rescheduling and reminders.
• Assists with check-in kiosk and registration processes for accuracy and completeness.
• Verifies patient benefits and eligibility; collects co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance as needed.
• Maintains patient flow, communicates with staff, and supports HIPAA compliant information handling.
