Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, including surgical procedures and imaging across departments.
• Manage waitlists and adjust capacity across locations.
• Confirm appointments and provide pre-procedure instructions to patients.
• Track and validate patient records from external sources before appointments.
• Serve as primary liaison between patients, physicians and staff.
• Process payments and reconcile daily financials; may handle insurer agreements.
• Coordinate surgical cases, including OR block time and pre/post-op scheduling.
• Outreach for new patient visits and transfer-of-care scheduling.
