Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years of hospital customer service experience.
• Some knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic CPR preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for patients, guests, and associates delivering information and resolving issues.
• Conduct rounds in waiting and inpatient areas to ensure service quality and address concerns.
• Assist with service recovery and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Provide escort and directions to patients and guests; coordinate transportation and external services as needed.
• Attend team meetings and communicate updates on service indicators and improvements.
• Promote patient safety and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming hospital environment.
