Job summary

Claremedica Health Partners in Miami, FL is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome patients and visitors, assist with navigation, and support front desk operations. This on-site role helps ensure a smooth and compassionate patient experience in our care centers.

You will warmly greet arrivals, provide directions, assist with transportation needs, and communicate with staff to coordinate check-in and waiting areas. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome patients and visitors as they arrive at the care center.
• Provide directions and assist with transportation needs.
• Support front desk activities including check-in and managing the lobby area.
• Ensure waiting areas remain clean, orderly, and safe for patients and guests.
• Notify clinical and administrative staff of patient arrivals and special assistance requests.
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives through friendly and respectful communication.
• Assist with maintaining logs, visitor check‑in procedures, or other assigned tasks.
• Escalate concerns or requests to appropriate personnel when necessary.
