Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative in LaGrange, IL to deliver exceptional front desk service and support a smooth patient experience. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, verify insurance, and navigate EPIC to update demographics while maintaining HIPAA privacy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Prior front desk/reception experience preferred.
• Proficiency in EPIC or similar EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients warmly at check-in and check-out.
• Answers phones, schedules appointments, and manages referrals.
• Collects copays and receipts, and reconciles daily transactions.
• Updates patient demographics and verifies insurance in EPIC.
• Supports scheduling follow-ups and patient access improvements.
