Job summary

Duly Health and Care is hiring a Patient Service Representative in Bolingbrook to support front desk operations and deliver exceptional patient service. You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and manage payments using EPIC, while contributing to a welcoming clinical environment.

The role requires strong communication, accuracy, and a team-oriented approach, with shifts starting as early as 7:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Receptionist/front desk experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, collect co-pays and manage referrals.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EPIC system and assist with queue management.
• Coordinate provider schedules to optimize access and reduce wait times.
• Answer multi-line phone system and route inquiries; assist with follow-ups and care coordination.
