Job summary

Urgency Room is seeking a Guest Coordinator to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will greet guests, manage scheduled and walk-in interactions, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential.

You will maintain accurate records, collaborate with departments, and support a patient-centered workflow across locations. Travel to other Urgency Room sites is required for trainings and meetings.

Qualifications

Description

Urgency Room Guest Coordinators play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all. This position is responsible for managing guest inquiries, coordinating appointments, and facilitating communication between guests and healthcare providers. The ultimate goal is to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline operational processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team. By fostering a welcoming environment, the Guest Coordinator helps to build trust and rapport with patients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for. This role is essential in supporting the mission of our organization to provide high-quality health care services to our communities. The main job tasks include:

• Greet and assist guest upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Manage scheduled and walk-in patient interactions to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and support

Schedule

The hours of this position includes a mixture of day and evening shifts. This position will work every other weekend as well as 4 holidays per year. Day shift hours range is 7:00am-4:00pm and evening shift range is 1:30pm-10:00pm.

Travel to other Urgency Room locations is required for trainings, meetings, and operational needs.
