Prenuvo is seeking a Patient Liaison for our Atlanta, Georgia clinic. You will be the welcoming face for patients, handling registration, scheduling, and post-scan guidance with a patient-focused, professional demeanor.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in customer service, healthcare experience preferred, and demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a flexible schedule to cover varied shifts including weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer service, preferably in healthcare or related field.
• A self-starter who takes ownership of training and development.
• A punctual, dependable, and professional approach to medical and customer care.

Responsibilities

• Patient Check-In, Registration, and Check Out: welcome, verify identity, complete registration, manage scheduling, educate on post-scan expectations.
• Communication and Coordination: liaison between patients, providers, technologists and clinical staff; keep front desk organized and efficient.
• Customer Service Excellence: address concerns with empathy and professionalism; encourage patient feedback and positive experience.
