Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking a full-time Patient Liaison for our Wayne, PA clinic. You will welcome patients, manage registrations, and coordinate front-desk operations in a fast-paced, friendly environment on site.

The role requires a patient-focused attitude and strong attention to detail to support a premier healthcare experience. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in customer service, preferably in healthcare, with flexibility to work varied hours including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or related field.
• Experience in a medical/clinic setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Verify patient identities and required documentation; assist with registration and intake forms.
• Manage scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling of appointments; educate patients on post-scan expectations.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and clinical staff to ensure smooth operations.
