Job summary

Prenuvo is seeking a Client Services Partner to support the enhanced scan workflow. You will coordinate membership-tiered scans, facilitate post-scheduling workflows, and assist with physician education initiatives for a 6-month fixed-term.

You will act as a liaison among patients, sales, and clinical teams, ensuring timely updates, lab draws, and report distribution while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient coordination, healthcare operations, or clinical support roles (preferably in imaging, concierge medicine, or specialty healthcare).
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Proficiency using CRM systems, scheduling platforms and medical record systems to track patient and physician progress.

Responsibilities

• Membership Scan Coordination: manage scheduling to follow-up, coordinate lab draws with third-party providers, ensure timely report distribution, monitor patient progress.
• Provider Education Program Support: manage applications, coordinate physician scans and follow-ups, track milestones and feedback.
• Patient & Physician Communication: act as liaison among patients, sales, and clinical teams, provide updates and ensure confidentiality.
