Royal Flying Doctor Service SA/NT is seeking a Patient Experience Partner to bridge clinical teams with patients, families and remote communities across the Top End, Big Rivers and East Arnhem regions. You will build trusted relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, listen to lived experiences and ensure voices influence service design and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with remote populations in community services or healthcare settings.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Experience leading community engagement strategies from conception to evaluation; including project scoping, planning, design, delivery and reporting.
• High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to engage people from a wide range of backgrounds.
• Understanding of cultural safety and the specific healthcare needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
• Understanding of NSQHS Standard 2: Partnering with Consumers, with experience in patient feedback, complaints management, advocacy and patient experience measurement.
