Job summary

Silver Lake Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the practice and guide patients through scheduling, treatment planning, and insurance questions with confidence and compassion.

You'll coordinate doctor and hygiene schedules, manage patient records, verification, and follow-up care while maintaining a friendly, efficient office environment. Dental administration experience and Dentrix familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental administration or comparable medical scheduling.
• Experience with Dentrix or similar software, including scheduling and treatment planning.
• Knowledge of block scheduling and insurance verification.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and positive first impression for every patient.
• Guide patients through scheduling, treatment planning, financial arrangements, and insurance questions.
• Coordinate doctor and hygiene schedules to maximize efficiency and production.
• Manage patient records, insurance verification, and follow-up care with accuracy.
• Maintain a comfortable, cheerful, and professional office environment.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.
