Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will deliver superior patient service, schedule appointments, verify insurance, balance deposits, and maintain accurate charts to support smooth clinic operations.

Participating in a four-week training program, you will work under the Manager and contribute to a friendly, collaborative culture while upholding board standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Time management and organizational abilities are required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and organize charts.
• Verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit cards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
