Qualifications

• 2+ years dental front office experience required.
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance and patient benefits.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Dentrix or similar practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and checking in patients.
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments.
• Answering phones and assisting patients with questions.
• Verifying insurance and reviewing treatment estimates.
• Collecting payments and handling paperwork.
• Helping keep the schedule running smoothly and communicating with the clinical team.
