Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team. You will be responsible for scheduling, patient communication, and daily administrative duties to ensure a welcoming, efficient patient experience.

Four-week training is provided to help you succeed, with opportunities for career development and a supportive culture that values collaboration and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, policies and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
