Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring a Patient Ambassador at Mayo Clinic Methodist in Rochester, MN. The role serves as the primary representative of the Patient Experience Team on your unit, handling patient interviews and new admission visits.

The position is full-time, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Prior customer service experience is required, and the team focuses on hospitality, patient satisfaction, and collaboration with accounts.

• Assists in developing and monitoring patient satisfaction action plans.
• Encourages employee creativity and innovation.
