Job summary

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor management, IT liaison, and change initiatives to advance organizational strategy while sustaining high reliability in patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration is required.
• Master’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of related health care experience, ambulatory care preferred, with 5 years in supervision/management.
• Total experience may be substituted in certain circumstances.

Responsibilities

• 60% Daily operational HR management including hiring, evaluations and annual performance reviews.
• Determine staffing levels and maintain staff schedules within budget without excessive overtime.
• Manage staff payroll and HR records.
• Create and implement patient service policies and procedures.
• Resolve patient complaints and request for service promptly and politely.
• Coordinate and improve clinical workflows for efficient patient care.
• Oversee monthly financials incl. AP/AR and purchasing.
• Manage inventory and budgeted purchasing; prepare capital and HR budgets.
• Capture and input billing information timely; manage equipment maintenance.
• Oversee maintenance agreements with vendors and assist director with contracts.
• Provide on-site IT support or coordinate IT work with external vendors.
• Coordinate safety, HIPAA, risk, compliance and code training; enforce regulations.
• Oversee building repairs and construction projects; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with practice providers on physician services; manage schedules for professionals and ancillary services.
• Serve as liaison between physicians, staff, and leadership.
• Assist the director in managing contractual agreements and physician paperwork.
• Lead organizational transformation initiatives and drive cost containment while maintaining quality of care.
