100% Chiropractic Franchise is seeking an AMAZING Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing office. You will support the Chiropractor, answer phones, greet patients, and help with front desk tasks while assisting with patient care.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward helping others.
• History of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone at the clinic
• Greet patients when they enter the clinic
• Schedule patient appointments
• Explain fees to patients and accept payment
• Perform data entry in the clinic’s computer systems
• Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment
• Keep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges and process payment
• Assist Chiropractors during chiropractic treatments
