Responsibilities

• Manage schedules to optimize resources including providers, rooms, and equipment.
• Perform schedule maintenance and coordinate care alternatives for patients.
• Communicate with patients and clinical staff to ensure treatment plan compliance.
• Assist Practice Manager with data collection on physician productivity.
• Facilitate resolution of billing errors and obtain pre-certifications or referrals.
• Register patients and schedule appointments.
• Provide patient education information as needed.
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, staff, and vendors.
• Answer inquiries related to practice operations.
• Follow up with patients to ensure testing and plan adherence.
