You will manage clinic templates, collect data on physician productivity, resolve billing questions, register patients, and provide education materials while upholding high standards of service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of healthcare experience.
• Experience in a customer service role is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages schedules to optimize resources including providers, rooms and equipment.
• Performs schedule maintenance and coordinates care alternatives for patients.
• Communicates with patients and staff to ensure adherence to prescribed plans.
• Assists with data collection and analysis related to physician productivity and resource utilization.
• Facilitates resolution of billing errors and denials and coordinates pre-certifications or referrals as needed.
• Registers patients and schedules or coordinates appointments.
• Provides patient education information and materials as needed.
• Maintains relationships with patients, providers, staff and vendors.
• Responds to inquiries from patients, providers, and staff about practice operations.
• Follows up with patients to ensure compliance with the plan of care.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
