Job summary

Augusta ENT PC is seeking an entry-level, full-time Call Center / Patient Services role across the CSRA and Statesboro. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate patient demographics and insurance data in the EMR, acting as a bridge between physicians and referring facilities.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication skills to converse clearly with patients over the phone.
• Computer efficiency, strong data entry, and attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience.

• Ability to sit at a desk and talk on the phone for an extended period of time.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• The patient experience begins in our call center. In this role, you will spend the majority of your time on the phone: routing calls to the appropriate team member, scheduling appointments- ensuring accurate patient demographic and insurance information is in the EMR, and serve as a liaison between physician and referring facilities.
