Job summary

Augusta ENT PC is seeking a full-time allergy care assistant to support counseling, treatment, and patient interactions across CSRA and Statesboro locations.

You will take vital signs, perform spirometry, handle immunotherapy injections, and document in the Allergy EMR, collaborating with physicians and staff in a patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in conveying information clearly to patients.
• Ability to read results and orders accurately.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Opportunity: Full-time opportunity with a growing medical practice with locations across the CSRA and Statesboro.

This position provides detailed training and a comfortable work environment.

Who We Are: For the past 40 years, Augusta ENT PC has been providing a full spectrum of specialty care for people of all ages across the CSRA and Statesboro. With 5 offices, 16 physicians, and a variety of services Augusta ENT PC strives to help everyone feel their very best.

Duties (summary): Provide support for preventive allergy care through allergy counseling and treatment, interact with physicians and patients in person or phone, take and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respirations, pulse, ox, and temperature), perform spirometry test, immunotherapy injections, prepare vial reorder packets for mixing and enter information into the Allergy EMR, document in patient medical record (procedures performed, patients' significant conditions and/or reactions).

Ability to comply with all company policies. Must be trainable, able to work without cellphone in hand and work at multiple locations if needed.
