Job summary

Augusta ENT PC is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant (CMA/LPN/EMT preferred) to perform phone-based triage and assess health concerns using established protocols.

The ideal candidate has clinical experience, strong communication and data entry skills, and can follow triage protocols. CMA/LPN/EMT or Paramedic certification is preferred; schedule Monday–Friday with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a clinical setting (Private practice or ER preferred.)
• Strong communication skills and empathy for individuals seeking healthcare-related assistance
• Computer efficiency, strong data entry, and attention to detail
• Capable of following triage protocols
• Ability to read and comprehend chart notes, results, and orders
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Punctual and dependable
• Ability to sit at a desk and talk on the phone for an extended period of time
• CMA, LPN, EMT, or Paramedic (preferred)
