You will be the primary contact for patients, providers, and insurers, guiding them through billing questions, payment options, and account issues with empathy and professionalism.

The role involves handling walk-in visits, calls, emails, and outreach while ensuring claims are processed accurately and accounts are resolved efficiently.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, healthcare, or call center preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Commitment to providing exceptional service and support to patients and coworkers.

• Serve as a primary contact for patients regarding billing, balances, and payment options.
• Answer calls, respond to emails, and assist walk-in patients with questions.
• Make outbound calls to obtain insurance information and resolve discrepancies.

• Process payments and maintain accurate account documentation.
• Provide billing records and documentation to patients and authorized parties.
