Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a Patient Experience Partner to support enterprise-wide patient experience analytics, survey development, and reporting. You will analyze data, summarize trends, and help translate insights into action to strengthen care experiences across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement in related field.
• Experience with survey platforms or survey methodology, including Press Ganey.
• Knowledge of data governance, metric validation, and reporting definitions.
• Experience developing dashboards, visualizations, and executive summaries.
• Certifications such as CPXP, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• AI or innovation-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports partnerships with leaders and teams across the organization to advance patient experience goals, priorities, and improvement initiatives through coordination, facilitation support, follow-up, change management, and performance improvement activities within assigned scope
• Collects, monitors, analyzes, and summarizes patient experience data, comments, and trends to identify opportunities and support decision-making
• Supports survey development and maintenance, reporting processes, and data governance activities to help ensure data integrity, consistency, methodology compliance, and clear metric definitions
• Prepares and maintains standard dashboards, reports, visualizations, executive summaries, and presentations; documents business needs for routine analytic or technical requests
• Explains standard reports, survey processes, and job-related policies and practices to stakeholders; continues building knowledge of methodology, best practices, trends, and regulatory considerations
• Continuously improves processes and systems within the immediate job area while following standard processes and expectations
• Foundational ability to analyze and interpret data and communicate findings, which may be gained through internship, practicum, academic, or professional experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with leaders and cross-functional teams to support improvement efforts, operational planning, or change initiatives
