Job summary

Medical City McKinney is seeking a Patient Support Ambassador PRN to thoughtfully assist patients and guests on the units. You will ensure timely tray delivery, explain FANS procedures, and help resolve concerns while adhering to safety and infection control policies.

You will train new Hosts/Hostesses, collaborate with nurses and dietitians, and contribute to a supportive environment. This PRN role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within HCA Healthcare’s Medical City

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience in hospitality, hospital, or concierge roles.
• Food Handlers Permit must be obtained within 30 days of employment start.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely tray delivery to assigned patients on their units.
• Explain FANS procedures to new patients.
• Resolve customer/guest concerns promptly.
• Follow established safety, HACCP, and infection control policies.
• Communicate with nurses, dietitians, and other healthcare staff.
• Train new Hosts/Hostesses on AM and PM duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
