Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a Patient Ambassador at Piedmont Augusta in Augusta, GA. You will serve as the primary representative of the Patient Experience Team for your unit, conducting patient interviews and new admission visits.

This full-time role requires prior customer service experience; shifts run 7:00 am–7:00 pm, Sunday through Saturday. The pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of office procedures and contract administration.
• Fiscal and budgetary skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts new admissions visits to units within established timeframes.
• Demonstrates hospitality towards customers and clients.
• Supports client satisfaction to ensure account retention.
• Promotes awareness of the Patient Experience Program.
• Assists in developing and monitoring a patient satisfaction action plan.
