The role involves completing patient interviews and new admission visits, ensuring a hospitality-focused approach, and supporting client satisfaction and accounts.

The position is full-time, with Monday–Friday schedule and rotating weekends, located at Our Lady of the Lake Main Campus. Benefits are offered; pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of office procedures and contract administration.
• Fiscal and budgetary skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts admission visits and interviews within established timelines.
• Promotes hospitality and customer-focused service across units.
• Supports client satisfaction and account retention.
• Assists in managing and reporting patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Performs housekeeping and related tasks as needed.
