Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a full-time Patient Ambassador at Piedmont Augusta in Augusta, GA. This role supports the Patient Experience Team by conducting new admission visits, delivering exceptional hospitality, and promoting patient satisfaction across units.

Applicants must have prior customer service experience and be available to work Sunday through Saturday, 7:00 am–7:00 pm.

• Ability to apply environmental context to achieve goals.
• Fiscal and budgetary skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts new admission visits to assigned units within established timeframe.
• Promotes aggressive hospitality and respect toward customers and clients.
• Supports client satisfaction to ensure account retention.
• Assists in developing and monitoring a department/unit patient satisfaction action plan and reporting to clients as needed.
• Completes housekeeping tasks when requested by customer or patients.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
