Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assists patients and visitors in and out of vehicles, using wheelchairs or stretchers when needed.
• Directs patients and visitors to the appropriate departments and answers questions accurately.
• Works with volunteers and medical staff to ensure wheelchair availability at front doors.
• Cleans entrance areas and participates in daily upkeep as needed.
• Completes required fire safety procedures annually.
• Adapts communication to diverse patient populations and respects privacy.
