Ochsner Health is seeking a welcoming Front Desk Associate to greet patients and visitors, assist with check-in, and direct them to the right departments. Strong computer skills and clear communication are essential.
Required: High School diploma. Shift 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. This role emphasizes courteous service, privacy, and teamwork with volunteers and medical staff. On-site work with daily housekeeping and safety duties.

This job greets patients, family members, and visitors upon arriving at Ochsner Health System according to detailed instructions, policies, and procedures. Provides excellent customer service to all patients and customers to ensure a pleasant experience.
