Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assists patients and visitors in and out of vehicles and arranges wheelchair support as needed.
• Directs patients to the appropriate departments and answers questions accurately.
• Maintains wheelchair supply through cooperation with volunteers and staff.
• Keeps entry areas clean and supports safety procedures.
• Completes fire safety tasks on an annual basis.
• Adapts communication to diverse patient populations.
