Job summary

The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills, reflecting compassion and respect in every interaction. Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree Communications or related field.
• 2 years Customer service experience or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree can be substituted for required experience.
• Preferred: Healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledges and greets patients and visitors and performs health screening.
• Accurately provides information and instruction pertaining to the hospital campus to patients, visitors and staff.
• Maintains a highly professional and positive attitude while dealing with customers and peers and performs multiple tasks as screener, greeter, information desk, in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties assigned.
