JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Aide to be the liaison between patients and the Therapist, guiding patients from arrival to departure and ensuring a positive experience.

You will support front-line operations at our Mount Pleasant location, assist with patient flow, keep the facility orderly, and collaborate with therapists and staff to uphold our care-first model.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Call patients into treatment from the waiting room.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility.
• Wash and dry laundry; keep towels clean and available.
• Work as a team to ensure patients have a positive experience.
• Answer phones and schedule patients as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
