Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Patient Services Advocate to welcome patients and manage front office needs, delivering a warm, respectful experience. You will help set expectations and support patient-focused care as part of the healthcare team.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in customer service, and BLS certification. Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese is strongly preferred, with a competitive hourly rate and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher is required per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.
