Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Patient Ambassador at CHRISTUS St Vincent in Santa Fe, NM. This full-time role supports the Patient Experience Team, conducting new admission visits and interviews to enhance care quality.

You'll join a mission-driven team delivering hospitality, a high standard of service, and collaboration with clinicians. Weekend coverage is required; salary starts at $17/hour with opportunities up to $21/hour, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous food service and customer service experience is required.
• Ability to use working knowledge of the environment to meet established goals and objectives.
• Fiscal and budgetary skills.

Responsabilités

• Conducts new admission visits to assigned units within timeframe established by unit leadership and patient experience leadership.
• Demonstrates aggressive hospitality toward customers and clients.
• Supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention.
• Promotes client awareness of the Patient Experience Program.
• Assists in developing and/or monitoring a department/unit patient satisfaction action plan and reporting to clients as needed.
• Assists in effective employee relations programs at unit site.
• Encourages employee creativity and innovation.
• Provides recognition for employee when programs are implemented with success.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
