Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a Patient Ambassador at Ochsner Hospital—Jeff Hwy, 1514 Jefferson Hwy, New Orleans, LA 70121. You will be the primary representative of the Patient Experience Team for your unit, conducting patient interviews and new admission visits.

The schedule is full-time with open availability (Mon–Fri, rotating holidays). A minimum of 1 year of experience is required. Pay is $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of office procedures and contract administration.
• Ability to use working knowledge of the environment to meet goals.
• Fiscal and budgetary skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct new admission visits to units within established timeframes.
• Show aggressive hospitality orientation toward customers and clients.
• Support client satisfaction to ensure account retention.
• Promote awareness of the Patient Experience Program.
• Assist in customizing programs to meet account needs.
• Monitor patient satisfaction plans and report to clients.
