Crothall Healthcare is hiring a Patient Ambassador at Saint Francis Medical Center in Monroe, LA. The role focuses on representing the Patient Experience Team, conducting new admission visits, and delivering exceptional hospitality to patients and staff.

Training is provided, no prior experience required, with a full-time schedule from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. The position emphasizes improving patient satisfaction, coordinating with unit leadership, and supporting programs to enhance the patient

Formación

• Possess a thorough knowledge of office procedures and contract administration.
• Ability to use working knowledge of the environment to meet established goals and objectives.
• Fiscal and budgetary skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts new admission visits to assigned units within timeframe established by unit leadership and patient experience leadership.
• Ensures that all employees demonstrate an aggressive hospitality orientation toward customers and clients.
• Supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention.
• Promotes client awareness of the Patient Experience Program.
• Assists in developing and/or monitoring a department/unit patient satisfaction action plan and reporting to clients as needed.
• Assists in effective employee relations programs at unit site.
