Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, chiropractic, or customer-facing offices preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage patient scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Address inquiries and feedback in a timely, empathetic manner.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and wait times.
• Assist with patient intake forms, insurance verification, and billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Promote patient satisfaction across touchpoints.
