Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients with a professional demeanor.

• Assist patients and demonstrate simple exercises as instructed.
• Answer calls and monitor voicemails daily for timely responses.
• Maintain a call-back list for prompt follow-ups.
• Verify insurance coverage and secure VA approvals.
• Assist with billing procedures and file correspondences.
• Manage office supplies and inventory levels.
• Record payments and maintain daily closing reports.
