Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent experience required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum five years of healthcare experience with direct public or patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between patients, families, healthcare providers, and administration.
• Investigate and address patient concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and promote timely resolutions.
• Advocate for patients and families navigating the healthcare system.
• Support service quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives.
• Educate departments and act as a resource across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement in the patient experience.
