Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of five years of healthcare experience with direct patient interaction.
• Strong conflict resolution, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between patients, families, healthcare providers, and administration.
• Investigate and address patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with leadership and care teams to facilitate timely resolution of issues.
• Advocate for patients and families as they navigate the healthcare system.
• Support service excellence, risk management, quality, and patient safety initiatives.
• Educate and serve as a resource for departments throughout the organization.
• Help drive continuous improvement in the patient experience across the health system.
