Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and perform outbound calls to patients or physician offices regarding orders for medications, services and inquiries.
• Triage calls to clinician teams and insurance verification, as needed.
• Update patient profiles with demographics, insurance and relevant information.
• Provide patient education on programs and assist with enrollment where applicable.
• Coordinate and track patient communications, including follow-up tasks and reminders.
