The role is part‑time with evening and weekend shifts, requiring 3–5 years of experience and a High School/GED.

• 3–5 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate information sharing.
• Comfortable collaborating with clinicians, ancillary staff, and leaders.
