Carroll Hospital in Westminster, MD, part of LifeBridge Health, seeks a patient‑focused support specialist to inform and involve patients and families and to assist care teams in delivering compassionate care. You will help coordinate clear communication, address concerns, and contribute to a positive experience for patients and their families.

The role is part‑time with evening and weekend shifts, requiring 3–5 years of experience and a High School/GED.

This individual has demonstrated customer service skills and knowledge, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a collaborative manner with ancillary team members, clinicians, and leaders.

Part-Time | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Wednesday, Saturday, & Sunday OR (12pm - 12am Saturday & Sunday)

Pay Range: $18.19 to $27.29 Based On Experience
