Crothall Healthcare is hiring a Patient Ambassador to serve as the primary representative of the Patient Experience Team at Saint Joseph Medical Center in Towson, MD. You will conduct patient interviews and visits, ensuring a warm, welcoming environment and supporting efforts to enhance patient satisfaction.

Full-time schedule with variable hours including weekends and holidays. Prior data entry and hospitality experience preferred; pay is $20.00 per hour.
