Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, part of Compass Group, seeks a Patient Ambassador at Saint John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL. The role centers on representing the Patient Experience Team, conducting patient interviews and new admission visits with a focus on hospitality and patient satisfaction.

This full-time position requires no prior experience and offers training. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Willing to train for the role.
• Strong customer service orientation in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Conducts new admissions visits to assigned units within the timeframe set by leadership.
• Maintains a high level of hospitality and respect toward customers and clients.
• Supports client satisfaction to help retain accounts and relationships.
• Assists in promoting the Patient Experience Program to clients.
• Performs housekeeping and related tasks as requested by the customer or patients.
