The Patient Experience Liaison (Non-RN) requires supporting the Call Center/Practice by providing excellent customer service to patients while assuming all Call Center job responsibilities. Patient Experience Liaisons must exhibit a professional appearance, the ability to maintain emotional stability, adapt to flexible work schedules, maintain confidentiality at all times, and work through referrals while maintaining productivity standards.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills, typing, general clerical skills and excellent telephone skills. Medical terminology and two year medical office experience preferred.
