Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution and interpersonal communication.
• Experience in consumer advocacy or service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff.
• Facilitate communication between patient, family and hospital staff while maintaining confidentiality.
• Advocate for patients by investigating concerns and expediting admissions or resolving delays.
• Greet and guide visitors, answer multi-line phone lines, and transfer callers as needed.
• Oversee information desks and lobby areas to ensure cleanliness and order.
