Job summary

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinating between patient, family and hospital staff to relay location, condition and treatment progress.
• Acting as an advocate by expediting admissions and addressing delays.
• Resolving problems and escalating when necessary.
• Responding to special needs and ensuring needs are met.
• Greeting and guiding visitors, assisting with directions and wheelchairs as needed.
• Overseeing information desks and lobby cleanliness and order.
